"I was worried about the service that day because I found out that they’d forgotten to put my delivery on their schedule, and the regular truck was already on another delivery. BUT, Keith filled my order in an available truck and got it to me in 20 minutes!! Not only that, as he backed up through the gate/around the basketball hoops/around the supply shed, he maneuvered perfectly and professionally...IN REVERSE. Then placed the tarp in *precisely* the right spot for a clean pile when he released the garden soil from the truck. Quick, fun but serious, absolute professional service!"

Located in Somerset County, PA Meyersdale is a charming small town of 2,473 people. Located on the Casselman River in South Western Pennsylvania, it was originally a coal-mining town. Today, Meyersdale sits along the Great Allegheny Passage - the multi-use recreational trail that connects the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath Trail and Pittsburg.
The borough was named for one of the original settlers Peter Meyers. Though settled in the early 1770s, it was not until the onset of the railroads a full one hundred years later in the 1870s that the town began to grow.
Somerset County is the location of the famous Whiskey Rebellion of 1794. The Somerset County Chamber of Commerce has this to say:
“European hunters and trappers were the leading edge of the exploration of Somerset County. Harmond Husband arrived in 1771. In 1791, Congress placed a tax on whiskey. Commissioned officers were then sent to collect these taxes, causing rebellion. Husband, along with Gen. Robert Philson of Berlin, protested, were arrested and taken to Philadelphia for trial. They were released by order of President George Washington, but Husband died of fever on his way back home.”
